I cannot remember my login or password. What should I do?
The easiest way to login to the site is to use a notification about messages on the site that comes to your regular mail, just click in the notification message on any link (Read the message, or view the profile) and you will find yourself on the site logged in. Another way is to use our forget my login/password form here. And of course you can contact us and we will be happy to help you with this.

I keep trying to logon, but the site will not let me! What's up?!
Try to logon from any message-notification sent to your mailbox about new messages in our system (just click on Read a message link in the letter). If you can't, please contact us with the problem. Your profile could have been deleted due to breaking rule.

Must I have cookies enabled in my browser software to log onto the site?
No, you do not need cookies enabled. Our site can work in browsers with enabled cookies and not. But it is better if cookies are enabled.

I'm trying to have my password sent to me, but it doesn't work!
Check the email you type and your login. If you type them right, you will have then the new password sent to you. Follow the link and type the new password. After you login to the site by the password sent to you you need to change the password immediately and later go to the site with this new password.

How long do I stay logged on?
Once you log on and if you keep viewing pages on our site, you will stay logged on as long as you wish. If you go to another Web site and do not log off, you will only remain logged on for 3 hours from your last page view.

We do not know that you are still logged on unless you click and view another page. That is why we ask you to complete any e-mail messages, which you are preparing to send to another member, within 3 hours or less.
Just because you close your Web browser, you are not fully logged off - it matters only if you use not personal computer. To fully log off, simply use the Log Off menu item.

I need to change my password right away! Can I do it myself?!
Login to the site with you login and password, go to My account settings on the menu, type your current password there and your new password (twice), then click Submit You have done it!
